Respectful and responsible use
Use the website lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to disrupt its operation, bypass access controls, impersonate another person or submit content that is knowingly false, abusive or unrelated to the form's purpose. Do not include passwords, bank details or unnecessary sensitive information in a message.
Public information
Website content is provided to explain CACED's work and communication pathways. Public information may be updated as records are reviewed. A public page is not a substitute for an approved institutional record, and a planned activity must not be treated as completed work.
Messages and response
Submitting an inquiry, feedback item or complaint does not guarantee a particular response, outcome or response time. Complaint and safeguarding forms are not emergency services. For immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency or public authority.
No unsupported status or financial claims
Nothing on this website should be read as a claim of government endorsement, legal certification, tax-deductible status or a professional service unless that status is expressly verified and documented. This website does not currently process donations or payments.
