Accessibility and getting support

CACED is working to make its public website usable with different devices and ways of navigating. This statement describes current support and known limits.

Current support

The site uses semantic page landmarks and headings, labelled form controls, keyboard-operable links and a mobile navigation disclosure. A skip-to-main-content link is available from the keyboard. Layouts are checked at common phone and desktop widths.

Known limitations

The site and portal have not completed a full independent accessibility audit or conformance assessment. Some pages or workflows may still present barriers, and these are being addressed as the platform is implemented. No formal WCAG conformance claim is made.

Report a barrier

Use the Contact page and choose “Other” to describe an accessibility barrier or request another way to access information. Share the page or task affected and the help you need; do not include sensitive personal or safeguarding details. CACED has not published a guaranteed response time.
